3 Fantastical Christmas Mocktail Recipes

No fantastical celebration is complete without a festive tipple, so it’s time to start perfecting your recipes just in time for hosting season. This year, we’ve got three delicious festive mocktail recipes to share that are perfect for all your guests to enjoy. 

All the recipes below serve one, if you need more, simply multiply the quantities of each ingredient depending on how many you need to make.

Apple Mimosa Mocktail

A fresh, sweet mocktail with a hint of cinnamon for a fitting festive touch. A quick drink to make, the apple mimosa is perfect for serving a crowd.

Ingredients:

125ml cloudy apple juice 
125ml non-alcoholic sparkling wine 
2 tablespoons caramel sauce 
60g sugar 
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon 
Dried apple, for decoration

Method:

Step one: In a small bowl, mix the sugar and ground cinnamon to make cinnamon sugar. Spoon out a tablespoon or two of the caramel sauce onto a small plate and dip the rim of your glass into the caramel sauce and then into the cinnamon sugar.

Step two: Pour the apple juice into your glass to fill it half-way, then top with the non-alcoholic wine. 

Step three: Garnish with a dried apple slice and enjoy!

Cherry Mojito Mocktail

A refreshing balance of tart and sweet, the cherry mojito is paired with lime and mint for an impressive looking drink that tastes just as good as it looks.

Ingredients:

6 fresh cherries 
2 limes – one quartered, one sliced 
250ml sparkling water or lemonade 
1 teaspoon of honey 
Ice cubes 
A handful of fresh mint leaves

Method:

Step one: Roughly chop four cherries and quarter one lime. Place them in your glass with a teaspoon of honey. Muddle together to release the juices.

Step two: Scrunch a few fresh mint leaves with your fingertips and add to the glass, along with a couple of round slices of lime.

Step three: Add ice to the glass and top with sparkling water or lemonade and garnish with a few leaves of mint and two whole cherries.

Pina Colada Mocktails

Made in just two simple steps, serve up this delicious, creamy pina colada mocktail to impress your guests this Christmas.

Ingredients:

165g frozen pineapple 
125ml pineapple juice 
75ml coconut cream 
Fresh pineapple cut into wedges, for decoration (optional)

Method:

Step one: Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you don’t have a stand blender, add the ingredients to a mixing jug and blend with a hand-blender.

Step two: Pour the mocktail mixture into a glass, garnish with a pineapple wedge and enjoy.
