Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any Products within 30 days of receipt, provided that you return the Products to us in a good condition and that you take reasonable care of the Products whilst in your possession. By good condition we mean that the Products can be sold at full price, that you have not used the Products and that as far as possible you’ve kept all the original packaging and labels. If the Products are not in full resalable condition you may not be entitled to a full refund. 

If you choose to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract in writing (within 14 days of receiving the Products), including details of your name, order, phone number and email address. You can return the Products to the address provided below via a post office (obtaining proof of delivery). Please make sure to contact the Customer Service Team if you are returning any Products.

Alternatively, we can arrange a collection with our courier, DPD, for a charge of £7.95 per box. Once these Products have been received at our warehouse, we will credit the cost of the Products excluding the £7.95 collection fee(s) or any other supplementary costs arising if you choose delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery. If you would like us to arrange a collection, please email us with your mobile number and specify your preferred day for collection (Monday to Friday).

Unless the Products are faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us or, where relevant, the cost of us collecting the Products from you. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Products supplied to you, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. Any reimbursements shall be made no later than 30 days after the day we receive the Products supplied to you.
