Terms and Conditions – Spode £100 Giveaway

Promoter

1.  The Promoter of this Giveaway is Portmeirion Group UK Limited, whose registered office address is located at: London Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 7QQ. 

Opening and Closing Date

1.  This Giveaway will be available to enter between:
                     Opening Date: Monday 2nd December 2024 at 17:00 (GMT); and

                              Closing Date: Sunday 8th December 2024 at 23:59 (GMT).

After this time and date, no further entries to the Giveaway will be permitted.

Eligibility

1. You must be a resident in the UK and aged 18 years or older to enter.
2. Only one entry per customer will be allowed.

Prize

The Draw

1. The Giveaway shall take place on Monday 2nd December 2024.
2. One (1) Winner shall be chosen at random by a computer process.  The Promoter’s decision about any element of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. The Winner will be contacted by Wednesday 11th December 2024.

Terms & Conditions

1.     All promotions and competitions are organised and run by Portmeirion Group UK Ltd, London Road, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 7QQ. Company registration number 417484 (the “Promoter”).

2.     All promotions and competitions shall be open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except for employees of the Promoter or any Portmeirion Group company.

3.     By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so.  The Promoter reserves the right to ask for proof of age and evidence to verify the identity of an entrant at any time. Where the prize includes any age-restricted item(s) proof of age will be required on delivery.

4.     The Closing Date and time for entries will be as clearly stated in the promotion or competition. Any entries received after these times will not be permitted.

5.     Only one entry per person is allowed.

6.     The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed or unfinished entries. Promoter accepts no liability for any entries lost, mislaid or delayed in transit regardless of cause (for example as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems network, server computer hardware or software failure of any kind). 

7.     Winners shall be selected at random by a computer generator process.  The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion or competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.     Winners will be contacted by email   Instagram direct message (using details provided at entry). The Promoter endeavours to deliver the prize to the Winner within twenty eight (28) days from the date of the draw, (or the date the Winner confirms necessary details for delivery). 

9.     The Prize details will be a clearly specified within the promotion or competition.

10.    No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative Prize will be given. The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative Prize of similar value.

11.    The Winner may be asked to participate in non-paid publicity accompanying or resulting from the competition or promotion.

12.    The Promoter will not be liable to you or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the service relating to the competition or promotion is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.

15.    The Promoter is required to publish or make available the surname and county of any Winner. If any Winner objects to their surname and county being made available please contact the Promoter at data@portmeiriongroup.com.  In such circumstances, the Promoter may still be required to disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

16.    These Prize Draw terms and conditions are available in English only and shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
