1. The Promoter of this Prize Draw is Portmeirion Group UK Limited (company number 00417484), whose registered office address is located at: London Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 7QQ.

2. This Prize Draw will be available to enter between:  
     Opening Date: Monday 26th January 2026 at 09:00 (GMT); and  
     Closing Date: Sunday 1st February 2026 23:59 (GMT).  
After this time and date, no further entries to the Prize Draw will be permitted or accepted.  

Eligibility 

3. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over as of the date of entry.  

4. Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom only. Proof of residency may be required for verification purposes.  

5. The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.

6. To enter the Prize Draw, you must: 
     - Follow @ukportmeirion official Instagram; and 
     - Like, save and repost the Portmeirion Instagram post, dated Monday 26th January 2026; and 
     - In the comments section of the Prize Draw post, tell us what you’d use the Dahlia Jug for

7. Only one entry per person is permitted.  

Prize

8. This Prize Draw is for the opportunity for one (1) winner to receive a Portmeirion Botanic Garden Dahlia Jug  

9. The prize is not for resale, is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. There is no cash alternative and  no cash refunds can be given under any circumstances.  

10. Any taxes, duties, or other charges applicable to the prize in the United Kingdom are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

The Draw

11. The Prize Draw shall take place on Monday 2nd February 2026.

12. The winner shall be chosen at random by a computer process producing a verifiably random draw.  The Promoter’s decision about any element of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails the Promoter at data@portmeiriongroup.com or writes to the Promoter at Portmeirion Group UK Limited, London Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 7QQ (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one (1) month after the closing date stated in condition 2 above. If an entrant objects to any or all of their surname and county being published or made available, please promptly contact the Promoter using the contact details set out above. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Winner Response

14. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message by Tuesday 3rd February 2026.

15. If the winner does not respond to the notification within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above. The alternative winner will also have 14 days to respond to their notification.

16. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 30 days of being notified of their win. The prize will be delivered in the United Kingdom only.  

Terms  

17. This Prize Draw may be amended or withdrawn at any time at the Promoter’s discretion.

19. To the extent that there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Portmeirion Botanic Garden Dahlia Jug January 2026 terms and the Portmeirion Group Social Media Promotion and Competition T&Cs below, precedence shall be given to these Portmeirion Botanic Garden Dahlia Jug January 2026 terms.

20. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Portmeirion Botanic Garden Dahlia Jug January 2026 terms and the Portmeirion Group Social Media Promotion and Competition T&Cs upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of such terms.

21. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. See also condition 17 above with regard to the announcement of the winner.

22. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants fully release Instagram from all liability arising out of the Prize Draw.

23. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances whatsoever be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.  
 

By entering the promotion or competition on the Portmeirion or Spode Instagram page you are agreeing to Portmeirion Group storing and using the information you provide for marketing purposes and for the purpose of identifying the entrant and confirming the entrant’s eligibility for the promotion or competition.  The information you provide will not be shared with third parties unless you specifically agree to Portmeirion Group sharing these details. Terms & Conditions

1.     All promotions and competitions are organised and run by Portmeirion Group UK Ltd, London Road, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 7QQ. Company registration number 417484 (the “Promoter”).

2.     All promotions and competitions shall be open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except for employees of the Promoter or any Portmeirion Group company.

3.     By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so.  The Promoter reserves the right to ask for proof of age and evidence to verify the identity of an entrant at any time. Where the prize includes any age-restricted item(s) proof of age will be required on delivery.

4.     The Closing Date and time for entries will be as clearly stated in the promotion or competition. Any entries received after these times will not be permitted.

5.     Only one entry per person is allowed.

6.     The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed or unfinished entries. Promoter accepts no liability for any entries lost, mislaid or delayed in transit regardless of cause (for example as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems network, server computer hardware or software failure of any kind). 

7.     Winners shall be selected at random by a computer generator process.  The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion or competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8.     Winners will be contacted by email   Instagram direct message (using details provided at entry). The Promoter endeavours to deliver the prize to the Winner within twenty eight (28) days from the date of the draw, (or the date the Winner confirms necessary details for delivery). 

9.     The Prize details will be a clearly specified within the promotion or competition.

10.    No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative Prize will be given. The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative Prize of similar value.

11.    The Winner may be asked to participate in non-paid publicity accompanying or resulting from the competition or promotion.

12.    The Promoter will not be liable to you or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the service relating to the competition or promotion is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.

13.    Personal data supplied during the course of promotions or competitions will only be processed as set out in the Portmeirion Group UK Privacy Policy which can be located on our website www.portmeiriongroup.co.uk and to enable entrants to partake in the promotion or competition.

14.    The name and county of competition winners will be available on request for up to 1 (one) month after the closing date by sending an SAE to: Social Media Competitions, Portmeirion Group UK Ltd, London Road, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 7QQ.  

15.    The Promoter is required to publish or make available the surname and county of any Winner. If any Winner objects to their surname and county being made available please contact the Promoter at data@portmeiriongroup.com.  In such circumstances, the Promoter may still be required to disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

16.    These Prize Draw terms and conditions are available in English only and shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
