"Lovely item, well packaged. Made a really nice Christmas gift. I would have given 5*’s but while the items I ordered were great, the communication about the order was nonexistent. I had one email to confirm the order and after that, nothing. I had no communication at all to advise me when the items would be delivered, had no idea which logistics company would be delivering them. I was not home when the order arrived and if it hadn’t been for Ring doorbell footage, I wouldn’t have known the parcel had been left at my neighbour’s house as no card was left. Really poor!"
