- Write your personalised message. We will print this on our Spode card and add it to our Spode gift box.

How long is an E-Gift Card valid for?
Our E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this, any remaining balance will be removed and will not be refunded. The E-Gift Card becomes invalid.
I bought an E-Gift Card for someone else. When will they receive it?
When you are purchasing an E-Gift Card, you are given the option to send the E-Gift Card immediately, or on a specific future date.
How do I redeem my E-Gift Card?
All E-Gift Cards can be redeemed using it’s unique 12 digit card number. This number will be sent to the recipient, and should be entered at checkout. It cannot be retrospectively applied to the order.
