Spode Delamere Rural Beverage Pot
"I received this lovely pot and there was a small chip on the spout. Eventually a replacement was set out and that had a large crack in the main body of the pot, and was covered in dust with barely any packaging inside the spode box. Obviously not checked knowing it was a replacement. Terrible service from this company. I decided to have a refund, I'll buy it from John Lewis. No thought of trying to make up for the inconvenience, hassle and disappointment of it all."
