Aiden Byrne, rising star of the great British chef scene, became the youngest chef to be awarded a Michelin star, aged just 22.  Aiden has worked at such notable eateries as Tom Aitkens and Pied a Terre in London as well as working as head chef at the Grill at London’s Dorchester. Now running his own restaurant, The Church Green in Lymm, Cheshire, he also makes numerous appearances on British television including Masterchef and Great British Menu.

With a first class reputation for modern British cooking, he is an advocate for working with locally sourced, British produce, highlighting the importance of using the best seasonal ingredients.
