For individual orders under £50, a standard delivery charge of £4.95 will apply. Free delivery is not available at any other Spode outlets including Portmeirion’s factory shops. Delivery is made within 3-10 working days of receipt of your order (Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm). For deliveries to multiple addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A delivery charge, if applicable, will be applied to each order. [back to top] Returns and refunds We hope you are pleased with your order, but should you wish to return your purchase, or part of it, we will be happy to refund or exchange the item(s) provided it/they are in fully re-saleable condition. If the goods are returned due to an error made by Portmeirion or if the goods are faulty, we will replace where possible or refund the cost in full (including the purchase price and original delivery costs). If the goods are returned because they are unwanted, Portmeirion will refund the purchase price paid for the goods excluding the original delivery costs. To return your purchase(s), please contact customerservices@spode.co.uk call 01782 743456 within 10 working days of delivery.
