The Avon Fish Set was best known in its 1934 version with pattern number S648. An earlier version was produced in 1932 with pattern number 2/9699.

The pattern featured the border from the Field Sports pattern of c1846 with twelve different centres depicting fish and was produced on Gadroon shape.
