Introduced: about 1930

This shape dates from about 1930 although other manufactures made similar shapes in the 19th century. Copelands brought it into production as an inexpensive dessert service with 8" dessert plates and three shapes of dessert dishes. In the early 1960s the range was enlarged to include four sizes of plates, a teacup and saucer and other items especially for the North American market.
