Camelot pattern is a simple but elegant design taken from an old Spode pattern of about 1813. The old pattern was called Gloucester but Camelot uses just the band and bead of the original design.

This pattern was printed in black with a gold edge. Introduced in 1968 it was shortlived and discontinued in 1974.
